Eagle marine electronics is a name you're probably familiar with You see, Eagle is extremely similar to Lowrance. In reality Eagle is made by Lowrance - it just an additional line of marine electronics. Eagle is actually only the brand used for boating and marine radios, whereas Lowrance makes many different outdoor products.
So they big question is: are Eagle fish finders any great?
They do make some good devices. First of all, the make standalone GPS chartplotters, standalone Fish finders, and then a combination GPS/fishfinder.
By far the largest group is the standalone fishfinders. Beginning at the lowend CUDA series introduced in 2009 all of the way to the top end FishMark640C. Many Eagle fish finder reviews show this as the extremely best product.
Top of the line has 5 inch screen, with depth finding of 800 feet at 1500 p2p power. 200kHz transducers power it for 60degrees of visual finding.
They make some portable devices like the FishMark 320 Portable too. An additional great product is the SeaFinder 640C. With it's dual transducer at 50/200 kHz you are able to operate in salt water well. Discover all of the ocean fish!
Next they make 5 combination fish finders/GPS units. At the high end is the SeaCharter 642C DF iGPS. Perfect for salt water and deep sea fishing, this device has a power dual beam transducer. It also has an integrated GPS so you can see exactly where you are.
